In this daily Bible reading is the account of Moses completing the Tabernacle and consecrating it. Moses consecrated and anointed the Tabernacle and all its furnishings.
Then the leaders of the 12 tribes gave the Levites 6 carts and 12 oxen to be used for moving the Tabernacle on their journey to the promised land. Two carts carried the cloth material. Four carts carried the framework. However, the Kohathites carried the Holy objects of worship on their shoulders. Poles were inserted through rings that were mounted on the objects of worship: the ark, the altar, the table, and the lampstand.
Each of the tribal leaders then provided sacrificial offerings. These offerings consisted of silver bowls, gold pans, incense, and utensils to be used for worship. The tribes also gave the Levites many animals to be used for the various sacrificial offerings: the burnt offerings, the sin offerings, and the peace offerings.
