In this daily Bible reading Jesus tells the disciples about the end times and His glorious return to the Earth. Jesus tells them that deception will increase, and many will claim to be Jesus. Those who are not anchored in the Word of God will be susceptible to this deception.
Jesus also affirms that true believers will be persecuted and killed. They will be hated and ostracized. Additionally, they will be turned over to authorities, even by close family members.
There is only one way to prepare for such a terrible time. One must be firmly anchored in the Bible and have unwavering Faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible says that ‘he who endures to the end will be saved.’
