There are over 300 prophecies about Jesus in the Bible. Many have been precisely fulfilled. It is mathematically impossible to have 300 predictions of future random events come true. Therefore, these prophecies about Jesus must not be random. There must be some other explanation. Indeed, there is.
God knows the future because God orchestrates all events: past, present, and future. The Bible was written with God’s instruction as He inspired and guided people to write it. Most of these authors did not know one another or know about the other’s writings. Yet there is an amazingly consistent theme in the Bible.
The Bible tells the story of God’s redemption of mankind. His redemption plan is exclusively through Jesus Christ. The first 39 books of the Bible, called the Old Testament, foretells Jesus coming to the Earth. The next 27 books called the New Testament speak of Jesus and His teachings when He lived on the Earth.
The Bible is a book that is well worth reading. I believe that reading and living one’s life in accordance with the Bible’s guidance is essential if one wants to go to Heaven.
