This Proverb says in part, “There is gold, and an abundance of jewels, but the lips of knowledge are a more precious thing.” Indeed, having knowledge of God’s Truths is far more valuable than being wealthy. Knowing how to live life, and knowing how to make the right choices also leads to good health, happiness, and prosperity. How then can a person acquire such knowledge?
The Bible says, “Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened for you to you.” When we turn to God for His guidance and help, He will give us the best advice and help available. He will provide us with knowledge that is based on His Truths. God will open our minds to understand His Word, the Bible. The Bible will then become a “lamp to our feet and a light to our path,” showing us how to live. It will be a blessing for us and our families.”
The Bible also says, “By wisdom a house is built, by understanding it is established, through knowledge are its rooms filled with rare and beautiful treasures.” These treasures are truly more valuable than gold or any physical wealth.
