This Proverb says, “The Lord has made everything for its own purpose, even the wicked for the day of evil.” The Bible says that God created everything in the universe. Everything and everyone serves God’s purpose. The Bible also indicates that God has formulated a plan to redeem mankind from the destruction of sin which entered the world through Satan. God’s plan also includes the eradication of sin from the Earth.
The Bible says that God’s plan for man’s redemption is through His Son, Jesus Christ. Those who believe in Jesus will be cleansed of their sins and allowed to be with God in Heaven. On the other hand, those who do not believe in Jesus will be destroyed.
God’s redemptive process requires those who believe to turn from sin and walk according to God’s Word, the Bible. His plan also includes testing those who believe to see if their belief is genuine. To that end God created some humans to be stumbling blocks and try to entice believers to turn away from God.
A person is quite fortunate if God has selected them for redemption and Salvation. These people will pursue a path of righteousness and endure the trials that tempt them to turn away from God. The Bible says that those who ‘endure to the end will be saved.’
