In this daily Bible reading the Apostle John is told the consequences of taking ‘the mark of the beast.’ The Bible says that in the end times people will not be able to buy or sell unless they have what the Bible calls ‘the mark of the beast’ on their hand or forehead. ‘The beast’ is the man who will become the leader of the resurrected Roman Empire. He will have financial control of the Earth.
Evidently, the world will become a cashless society. Computer chips will be required for financial transactions. These chips will be like credit cards. They will be biological implants and will be scanned for purchases. According to the Bible, these implants will be necessary for all purchases.
The Bible says that voluntarily receiving these implants will be evidence of obedience to ‘The beast.’ The Bible says that those who take the implants will spend eternity in Hell. This is clearly stated: “The smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”
The message is clear. We must not take ‘the mark’ or chip implant. Therefore, we must learn to be self-sufficient. The time to prepare is now, as these days are coming very soon.
