In these passages God speaks about David being God’s chosen king. God blessed David above all kings that ruled Israel, and God made a covenant with David. God said, “My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of my lips. Once I have sworn by My holiness I will not lie to David. His descendants shall endure forever and his throne as the sun before Me. It shall be established like the moon.”
The Bible says that Jesus will return to the Earth to rule as King of the Earth one day. He is David’s human descendant. Jesus is also the Son of God.
Jesus said of his relationship with God. “The Father and I are one.” The Bible says that Jesus is “God the Son.” He will last forever, and He will rule on behalf of God the Father.
The Bible says that God created all things through Jesus. It also says that all things were created by Jesus and for Jesus. This is an amazing Truth.
The Bible also says that all of creation will one day bow before Jesus regardless of whether they believe in Him. We will all bow before Jesus. Therefore, it would be prudent to begin believing in Him now.
