This Psalm speaks of praising God. It says, “Behold, bless the Lord, all servants of the Lord.” Praising God is right for those who believe. God is indeed worthy of praise and glory. God created the Universe and all that is in it. He created the Earth and all that is in it. He created each one of us, and we should be grateful for that. None of us would exist unless God decided to create us. Realizing that should make each of us grateful and humble.
God created each of us for a reason. We each have a purpose to fulfill. King David, praying to God wrote, “Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there is not one of them.”
It is truly incredible to think that God knows the intimate details of our lives before they occur. He knows the events, the relationships, and He knows the choices we will make.
Realizing this should motivate us to fear God, to honor God, and to live rightly before Him. That, the Bible says, is the beginning of wisdom.
